Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy outlines the rules for storing and accessing data on Users’ Devices using the Website for the purpose of providing electronic services by the Administrator, as well as the rules for collecting and processing Users' personal data voluntarily provided by them via tools available on the Website.

§1 Definitions

  1. Website – the website operating at mtscpoland.com
  2. External service – websites of partners, service providers, or contractors cooperating with the Administrator
  3. Website/Data Administrator – the Administrator of the Website and Data is MTSC POLAND SP. Z O.O., located at ul. Mieczysława Karłowicza 13/5, providing electronic services through the Website
  4. User – a natural person using the Website, to whom the Administrator provides services electronically
  5. Device – an electronic device and its software through which the User accesses the Website

§2 Data Protection Officer

  1. According to Article 37 of GDPR, the Administrator has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.
  2. All matters regarding data processing should be directed to the Administrator.

§3 Types of Cookies

  1. Internal cookies – placed and read by the Website's IT system
  2. External cookies – placed and read by external service providers integrated with the Website
  3. Session cookies – active during a single session, deleted after closing the session
  4. Persistent cookies – stored until manually deleted by the User or depending on browser settings
