We are looking for a person for the position of:

Administrative employee

This position involves supporting the day-to-day work of the office by coordinating administrative activities, handling documentation, providing accounting support, and comprehensive HR services.

Key responsibilities:

  • Organization and management of office documentation, schedules, and correspondence
  • Support for daily administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and report preparation
  • Coordination of communication between departments and contacts with external partners
  • Ensuring that the office is adequately supplied with materials and resources
  • Co-creating and maintaining internal procedures and administrative workflows
  • Handling recruitment processes
  • Maintaining and updating HR documentation in accordance with labor law
  • Recording working hours, vacations, and sick leave
  • Supervising compliance with internal HR procedures and providing ongoing support to employees in personnel matters
  • Assistance in performing basic accounting duties
